Hamilton is pleased with Friday`s practice for the Monaco Grand Prix.
The Mercedes pilot summed up the results of the first working day at the F1 stage in Monaco.
It was a good day. The best we`ve had this year. I think the car performed very well and I really enjoy driving it. Amazing track.
The grip was quite good. I think we still have a couple of balance issues to sort out, but overall the car looked strong.
This car is more enjoyable to drive than the ones in the previous two years. Speaking about the results predicted by
football rankings of the second practice, I don`t know whether we became better or not. Obviously, in the long stretches, we have a lot to work on at night to make sure we can last until the end of the race.
We just need to improve the pace over the long stretches and solve the granulation problem, " said Hamilton.
In addition, Lewis emphasized that he is looking forward to tomorrow`s qualification with a positive outlook.
