Yugo Ekitik entered the field instead of Mbappe. Kylian, limping and rubbing the back of his thigh, went to the locker room.
In the 32nd minute, Parisian defender Sergio Ramos, who collided heads with a Montpellier footballer, was replaced by midfielder Renato Sanches.
